Expedited Parcel:
Delivery Time: 2–7 business days within Canada
Best for: Time-sensitive shipments within Canada, not requiring immediate delivery

Xpresspost:
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within Canada
Best for: Urgent shipments within Canada, when faster delivery is needed

Priority:
Delivery Time: 1–2 business days within Canada
Best for: Urgent and time-critical deliveries within Canada

Additional Information:
All shipping options include tracking and delivery confirmation, ensuring you can easily monitor your package's progress.
Delivery times are estimated in business days and may vary depending on the destination and time of shipping.
Please note that these delivery times are based on regular business hours and exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping options and delivery times are subject to change based on Canada Post's policies and current service offerings.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the chosen shipping method. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We do not currently ship to locations outside of Canada

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within one business day of purchase during regular business hours. In order to avoid delays, please note that orders placed after 5pm on a Thursday will begin transit the following Monday. During peak seasons or promotional events, please allow for additional processing time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can also track your order through your account dashboard on our website.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND SIGNATURE

For standard deliveries, a signature is not required. However, for high-value orders and express deliveries, a signature may be required for delivery confirmation.
