Organic Steel Cut Oats
Oats are an excellent source of vitamin B-6, iron, thiamine, vitamin A, niacin, folate, riboflavin, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and a good source of zinc. Steel-cut oats can help lower your risk of heart disease.
Cooking: Add 1 cup oats to 3 cups boiling water. Boil for 1 minute then reduce to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
