Our premium certified organic pods are grade A, not grade B, which  are shorter and drier and are more commonly found in the North American marketplace. Grade A pods are five to seven inches long, fresh, very moist, and thick compared to grade B pods. We carefully check for the size, smell, aroma, and appearance of our product. Our inspection process ensures only the highest quality beans are sealed in our commercial vacuum packages.
